HERITAGE DISCOVERY STAY

possible stays from 1/2 day to 2 days
Land and sea are intimately linked and cannot coexist without each other. Attached to the culture of the territory bordering the Mediterranean, ETHICS Yachting invites you to the sea, to discover a rich and authentic heritage. Languedoc vineyards, local cuisine, ancestral know-how, we organize your change of scenery with a real “voyage within the voyage”.
Sailing territories available (according to chosen duration) :
Collioure, Banyuls, Saint-Cyprien, Anse de Paulilles
Empuriabrava, Balearic Islands

EXAMPLE OF A ONE-DAY PROGRAMME

•    9h: Welcome at the port and visit accompanied by a winemaker of a cellar with discovery of the vineyard and the know-how inherited from cultural practices
•    10h : Departure from the port at the end of the morning
•    11h: Anchorage in the cove of Paulilles with a passage to Collioure by sea
•    12h: Tasting of Collioure wines
•    12h30 pm: Lunch on board prepared by a starred chef
•    14h: Discovery of the coast by the sea and the unique structure of the vineyards
•    16h: Nautical activities (canoeing, paddle, snorkeling…)
•    18h00: Return to the port at the end of the afternoon
